Please understand that in order to schedule your appointment we require a $200 Non-refundable deposit.
Zelle is preferred, Venmo or Cashapp are also accepted. In your payment please make note of the date/time and the year/make/model of your car.

Appointments are guaranteed on a first come, first served basis. For instance, if you call to schedule an appointment, but do not pay the deposit at that time and another customer calls later that day and pays a deposit, we will not be able to hold that appointment for you.
The deposit will be used towards your total bill on the day of your tuning appointment.
You will lose your deposit if you do not give us 7 days notice, if you simply do not show up for your appointment or are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment.
Deposits are not transferable. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. If you decide that you do not want to have your car tuned by us, sell your car before your appointment, etc., your deposit will not be refunded. If we are notified at least 7 days in advance of this, we will put a credit on file for you that can be used towards a rescheduled tuning appointment or towards the purchase of products. Credit is valid for up to 3 months and is then forfeited.
